Tai Chi Chuan with Kurt Miyajima

Level III takes us 3/4 of the way through the form. We’ll be moving through the section of the form called Brush Knee and Twist and Fan Through Back. This level has a completely different feel and energy than the first two levels. This section deals with the cross vectors in the body.
Level IV - This last section completes the form and integrates the movements and energetics we developed in the previous three sections.

Kurt Miyajima is a certified instructor of Tai Chi and Chi Gung with 30 years of study in the Taoist Internal Arts.
