Introduction to Tending Bar

Do you want a new career, a back-up career or just want to impress your friends at your next party? Become a Bartender/Mixologist! You will learn everything you need to know - from dealing with customers and employees, to bar set up and breakdown. Join this fun and informative class with a few tricks of the trade thrown in! Students will gain full knowledge of a working bar.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Donald Goodwin bar manager and mixologist for 32 years, has bartended in nightclubs, for weddings, private parties and 5-star restaurants for the last 18 years on Maui.
