Fax the completed registration form with your Visa or Mastercard information, 24 hours every day.

3. BY MAIL:
Mail the completed registration form with credit card authorization (MasterCard or VISA only) or a check made out to:

Stop by the Front Desk at the Laulima Building lobby during the following hours. (Sorry, no cash payments accepted after 4pm; check or credit card only)

Use the registration form to list the classes you want to register for.

Please pay attention to lab fee payment procedures. Some lab fees are paid to MCC with your registration; some are paid directly to instructors on the first day of class. Please check course description for the procedure for your class.

Classes must be paid for at the time of registration. You are registered when we receive payment either by check, cash or credit card. Cash will not be accepted after 4 PM.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund is given when requested at least 3 working days prior to the first class meeting unless stated otherwise. We are unable to issue refunds after that time, due to commitments to trainers, fellow students and class materials. As cash and check refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks to process, we strongly suggest payment with a credit card.

VITEC reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, instructors when necessary.
